This celebration of our wondrous moon is organized by Liz Denys, Bobbi Barnett, and Nora Nussbaum.

What?

A bike tour of moon-themed food establishments in NYC and an opportunity to celebrate the supermoon 🌕

When?

Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 10:30 am to approximately 6:30 pm

Where?

Meet at Moonrise Bakehouse at 906 40th St, Brooklyn, NY 11219 in Sunset Park at 10:30 am.

We will then bicycle to four additional stops at food establishments that honor our marvelous moon in their names:

• luna la mer at 468 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215
• Moonburger at 126 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249
• Supermoon Bakehouse at 120 Rivington St, New York, NY 10002
• Spicy Moon West Village at 68 W. 3rd St, New York, NY 10012

We will bring our bounty from Spicy Moon to Hudson River Park for an outdoor celebration of our glorious moon.

Why?

Do you need a reason to celebrate our gorgeous moon and eat delicious foods from establishments that honor our fabulous moon in their names?

How?

By bike. Any bicycle you feel comfortable riding is fine, electric or acoustic. (No mopeds, obviously.) Our entire route is within bikeshare range.
